Distance contract 

In this online store, the seller of the offered goods on the one side, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other side, enter into the following Agreement:

  • The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order;
  • A general description of the goods, composition, packaging and delivery method is described for each product individually. The Seller informs that information about the product may be changed without notice;
  • The goods available in the online store are produced to individual order; the production time is 2–3 business days;
  • In cases where the ordered product is not available or delivery issues have arisen, the Seller informs the Buyer within one business day;
  • Product colors in real life may differ due to the monitor settings visible on the website;
  • Product prices are shown separately for each product. The Seller informs that prices in the online store are variable and the Seller may change them without notice.

Delivery and payment procedure

  • The Buyer places an order for goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered;
  • The Buyer has the option to pay for the product using the payment tools built into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail corresponding to the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature;
  • The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 3–5 business days after payment for the goods has been received;
  • In urgent cases, if the Buyer needs faster dispatch, the Buyer informs the Seller in order to agree on the possibilities for faster dispatch;
  • Delivery costs depend on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer; available delivery methods are:
        In Latvia:
        Delivery using an OMNIVA parcel locker, price - 3.00 EUR;
        Delivery using a DPD parcel locker, price - 3.00 EUR;

  • For deliveries outside Latvia, shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and the quantity of items ordered. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
        In the European Union:
        Delivery via Latvijas Pasts, price starting from 8,00 EUR;
        Delivery by FedEx courier, price starting from 18,00 EUR.

        Outside the European Union:
        Delivery via Latvijas Pasts, price starting from 10,00 EUR;
        Delivery by FedEx courier, price starting from 18,00 EUR. 

  • In cases where the Buyer wishes to receive the order using another delivery method, the Buyer must agree this with the Seller;
  • In cases where preparation of the order is delayed, the Seller immediately informs the Buyer about the delay in delivery of the order;
  • The Seller assumes no liability for delays in delivery of goods that are related to delays by the delivery service provider chosen by the Buyer.

Right of withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the product or exchange it within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Product, by sending the Seller a notice of withdrawal.
  • The Seller sends the withdrawal form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer’s request.
       The product must not be used or otherwise damaged;
       The product must be packed in the original packaging with the original product labels and in full комплектation.
  • The Buyer’s obligation is, within 7 days after sending the notice of withdrawal, to return the product to the Seller. All expenses that will arise in connection with sending the product back to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.
  • The Seller refunds the money to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 days from the moment the goods are received.
  • The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the ordered goods are made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order (Cabinet Regulation No. 255, Clause 22).
  • In the event that the Buyer wishes to exchange goods, the expenses related to the exchange are covered by the Buyer. The Buyer will be issued an invoice for repeated delivery for the exchange of goods according to the selected delivery method.
  • In cases where a manufacturing defect is found in the delivered goods, the Seller covers all costs related to the exchange or return of the goods.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged!

Section 12, paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia provides that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal”. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the use of the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in cases where the product is damaged, handled carelessly during use or the instructions are not followed, if the original packaging of the product has been lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.
